Jay Brunson, Creative direction


In 2019, iHeartMedia's branded podcast division established the world's most extensive collection of branded podcasts. But the team needed a unique, premium-feeling brand to help them stand out in their industry.

I was appointed to create a new brand identity for this podcast network, including developing an original name, narrative, website, promotional materials, a fresh take on branding for new podcasts. The result was Ruby, launched in May of 2023, which quickly met internal KPIs, including internal and external awareness. It led to an increase in revenue by $5MM thanks to new interest from brand partners including Intel, IBM, Gilead, and more.
